About me

My art comes from a connection that I want to preserve and/or share. 

I am continually exploring and learning to increase my skills.
Certain mediums are used to bring out the best in capturing the subject.  
*Mediums: acrylic, pastel, watercolour and coloured pencil. 
*Subjects: dogs, cats, people, cars, landscapes and my favourite is food. 
*Surfaces: canvas, cradle boards, watercolour paper, pastel mat and sometimes paint on raw wooden furniture.  

3D scenes in miniature 1:12 scale - making furniture, decor and food.  

Also an author which I am illustrating the cover and text.

The art cards are my record of my art history/past works. 

Besides painting, I love travelling, reading and gardening. Married to my high school sweetheart and we have two married daughters and two grandchildren.  Life is wonderful.
